The Bryson Quebec Lions Club hosts an annual Sea Pie supper, also known as the Lions’ Picnic, during the August long weekend. This event, a long-standing tradition in Bryson for about 50 years, is a popular draw for those seeking the traditional sea pie dish. The event typically starts at noon and continues until the food runs out, even takes place at the Bryson Lions Hall. Sea pie, also known as cipaille, is a hearty, layered meat pie enjoyed by all.
